  • How long does it take to build a pool?

The construction of a pool typically requires between 4 to 12 weeks. This timeframe can vary based on factors such as the pool's design complexity, weather conditions during construction, and the time needed to obtain necessary permits.
  • How often should I clean my pool?

We advise cleaning your pool on a weekly basis. This routine should include skimming the surface, brushing the walls and floor, and vacuuming the pool to maintain optimal cleanliness and water quality.
  • How many hours should I run my pool pump?

With our Arkansas summers, it is absolutely necessary to run the pool 24/7 in the heat. In cooler temps or off-season, running the pool 8-12 hours per day should be sufficient.
  • What should I do if my pool turns green?

A green pool is often caused by algae growth. We recommend bringing a water sample to our store for testing. Based on the results, we will provide you with detailed instructions to effectively clear the pool and restore proper water balance.
  • Do I need to maintain my pool in winter?

If your pool remains uncovered and not winterized, it's essential to continue monitoring water chemistry and equipment throughout the winter months to prevent damage and ensure readiness for the next swimming season.
  • Is it safe for pets to swim in the pool?

We do not recommend allowing pets to swim in your pool. Pets can introduce contaminants into the water and potentially cause damage to pool equipment, compromising water quality and system efficiency.
  • What kind of warranty do you offer?

Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and typically includes protection for the pool structure, equipment, and workmanship. We encourage you to inquire about specific warranty details for the products you're interested in purchasing.
